This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in NCBF.No.IV/4/31/CR.No.11 of 2025 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) read with 22(a), 22(b), 28 and 29 of NDPS Act.

2. The brief facts of the case are that a case was registered by the NCB, Hyderabad, in connection with seizure of a parcel allegedly containing MDMA and LSD from accused No.1 at the G.P.O., Abids Road, Hyderabad, on 05.12.2025. It was stated that Accused No.1 was arrested on 06.12.2025 and was subsequently enlarged on bail by the Sessions Court.
