This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.610 of 2025 before the Vemulawada Town Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 74 of BNS and Section8 of POCSO Act, 2012.

2. The brief facts of the case are that a complaint was lodged by the mother of the minor victim alleging that on 09.12.2025 at about 9.00 a.m. at Government Area Hospital, Vemulawada, the petitioner, who was working as an ambulance driver, had sexually harassed the minor girl. It was stated that the complaint was reported on 10.12.2025 and a crime was registered against the petitioner, who was arrayed as the accused in the said case.
