This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.161 of 2022, on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hyderabad, wherein the petitioners were arrayed as respondent Nos. 2 to 6, 8 and 9 for the offences under Sections 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the Domestic Violence Case (for short ‘DVC’) Act.

Heard Ms. Aishwarya Nalacheru, learned counsel representing Mr. J.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners through video conference and Mr. Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3.
