This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“To declare the inaction of the respondent nos.2 and 3 in taking action to stop running of slaughter house in the premises bearing H.No.7-394, S.C. colony, Indiranagar, 14th ward, Wyra (V & M) Khammam District in the middle of the residential area, despite representations dts.26-8-2019, 9-9- 2019, 26-9-2019, and 7-10-2019. to the respondent nos.2 and 3, as illegal, arbitrary and for consequential relief.”
