Petitioner claims to be owner of the land admeasuring Ac.0-1750 guntas in Survey No.297 (sub-divided as 297AA/2 - Ac.0-0875 guntas and 297AA/3 - Ac.0-0875 guntas, total Ac.0-1750 guntas) situated at Mandepalle Village, Thangallapalli Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District, having purchased the same from the previous owners Mr. Gurram Srinivas and Mr. Gurram Ravi under registered sale deeds bearing document Nos.701 and 702 of 2024, dated 18.06.2024. The name of the petitioner was mutated in the revenue records and she was issued pattadar passbook and title deed. As there was boundary dispute with the adjoining owner, the petitioner submitted application for survey. It is stated that survey was, in fact, conducted by the Mandal Surveyor in the office of respondent No.4 in the month of September, 2025, and on the basis of tounch map and tippon sketch, the land was demarcated. Sketch plan was prepared and panchanama was drawn on 05.09.2025. However, the boundaries of the land of the petitioner were not fixed in compliance of the survey report and panchanama, as such, the petitioner submitted representation dated 22.12.2025 to respondent No.4 to fix the boundaries as per survey plan and panchanama dated 05.09.2025, but so far the same is not considered. Hence, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.

2. Heard Mr. Mohd. Amjad Ali Ansari, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that respondent No.4 will consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.4 -

Tahsildar, Thangallapalli Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District, to act upon the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2025 for fixing the boundaries and demarcating the lands of the petitioner in accordance with the survey plan and panchanama dated 05.09.2025, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by issuing prior notice to the petitioner and other interested persons, There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
