Heard Sri B. Bhagath Sain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Syed Ahmed, learned counsel representing Sri Bhanothu Hussain, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TGSWREIS) for respondent Nos.3 to 5. Perused the entire record.

2. The writ petition is filed by the petitioner represented by his natural guardian and father to declare the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 denying the access to the petitioner to classes and compelling him to take transfer certificate as illegal and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to permit him to attend classes forthwith in Telangana Social Welfare Residential Sainik School (Boys) Rukmapur, Karimnagar District.

3. In short, the case of the petitioner is that on one occasion he went out of the school without permission and said incident resulted in the respondent Nos.3 to 5 compelling him to take transfer ce
