ORDER:

Heard Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not according notional promotions to the petitioners to higher cadre in pursuance of the seniority list prepared based on Memo No.11656/Ser.II.2/2020 dated 28.05.2022, by considering the representations of the petitioners dated 20.11.2025, as illegal and arbitrary. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to allow the Writ Petition by directing the respondent authorities to consider the said representations made by the petitioners.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities will consider the representations submitted by the petitioners on 20.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and in view of the same, requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

4. In view of the submissions made by both sides, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners on 20.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
