ORDER:

Heard Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not according notional promotions to the petitioners to higher cadre in pursuance of the seniority list prepared based on Memo No.11656/Ser.II.2/2020 dated 28.05.2022, by considering the representations of the petitioners dated 20.11.2025, as illegal and arbitrary. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to allow the Writ Petition by directing the respondent authorities to consider the said representation
