Petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0-30 guntas in Survey No.309/A/4/2 (Old Survey No.309/A/4) situated at Theerdhala Village, Mangalagudem Gram Panchayat, Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam District, having acquired the same from her grandfather Mr. Nunna Venkata Narayana through registered gift deed bearing document No.7746 of 2018 dated 17.09.2018. She was issued e-pattadar passbook bearing No.T26060040559. She initially made F-line application bearing No.DER022200828896 dated 30.06.2022 for survey and demarcation of the subject land, which was not considered. The petitioner along with her mother Amaraneni Jayamma filed the suit in O.S.No.366 of

2024 in the Court of the II-Additional Junior Civil Judge at Khammam, for perpetual injunction, against Nunna Narasaiah and two others, who tried to disturb their possession over the subject property. The suit is pending adjudication. In order to get the subject land demarcated, on the advice given by the revenue authorities, the petitioner submitted F-line application bearing No. DER022601253472 dated 30.01.2026, but so far, the application has not been considered. As there is delay in considering her application dated 30.01.2026, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.

2. Heard Mr. Subba Rao Vadrevu, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. K. Mahesh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that F-line application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider the F-line application of the petitioner bearing No.DER022601253472 dated 30.01.2026 for survey of the land admeasuring Ac.0-30 guntas in Survey No.309/A/4/2 (Old Survey No.309/A/4) situated at Theerdhala Village, Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam District, and pass orders, in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner, parties to the suit in O.S.No.366 of 2024 on the file of II-Additional Junior Civil Judge at Khammam, adjoining owners and other interested persons, and also by affording an opportunity of hearing to them. This exercise shall be completed within a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
