ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed praying this Court to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in Crime No.22 of 2025 of CCPS Siddipet, TSCSB (TG Cyber Security Bureau(TGCSB)) Police Station, CCPS Siddipet, TSCSB District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 318(4) of the BNS and Section 66-D of the ITA, 2000-2008.

2. The brief facts of the case are that, on 09.10.2025, the de-facto complainant lodged a report before the police stating that he loss an amount of Rs.46,29,572/- in Digital Arrest fraud and he was cheated by some unknown callers impersonating DoT and Bangalore Police officials, who induced the complainant to transfer funds. Hence, the complainant requested to take necessary action. Basing on the said complaint, the police registered a case for the above said offences.
