ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set-aside the orders in E.P.No.943 of 2024 in A.A.F.C.No./Dispute No.197 of 2020 dated 02.09.2024 on the file of IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. Heard Sri Gaddamanugu Rajashekar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G. Subash, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.1/decree holder filed E.P.No.943 of 2024 under Order 21 Rule 48 of CPC on the file of the IV Addl. Junior Civil Judge, City Court, Hyderabad for attachment of salary to recover Rs.10,74,225/- and the trial Court passed an interim order for attachment of salary of JDR. No.2 i.e., Rs.53,000/- per month to recover the amount. The entire chit amount is being recovered from the Petitioner/JDR No.2.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the respondent/JDR No.1 has paid an amount of Rs.4,60,000/
