The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the following relief/s:-

‘‘… to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the Petitioners’ theaters as per their applications dt.12/03/2021 as illegal, null, void and arbitrary and pass such other order or orders …”

2. Heard Mr.K.J.Venkatesh, learned counsel representing Mr.C.H.JayaKrishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents. Perused the record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss this Writ Petition as infructuous.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home concedes to the said request.

5. Recording the submissions of both the learned counsel, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
