This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the petitioner’s application bearing No.HY3067451172925 dated 28.02.2025 for issuance of passport to the petitioner’s minor daughter namely Baby “Sanyukta Rai”, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently passport to the minor child without insisting for the consent of respondent No.3, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper.
