COMMON ORDER:

These Transfer Criminal Petitions are filed before this Court seeking transfer of C.C.No.599 of 2024 in Crime No.253 of 2024, D.V.C.No.11 of 2025 and M.C.No.10 of 2025, pending on the file of the learned I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Sangareddy, to any of the competent Metropolitan/Magistrate Courts at Hyderabad or to the Courts at Rangareddy District (Kukatpally/LB Nagar), for the offences punishable under Sections 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (‘IPC’), proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

2. Heard Mr. G. Sumanth Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Aila Krishna Chaitanya, learned counsel representing Mr. Soma Srinath Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent in Tr.Crl.P.Nos.65 and 66 of 2025, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and Mr. P. Padma Rao, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 in Tr.Crl.P.No.63 of

2025.

The present Transfer Criminal Petitions are filed seeking transfer of C.C.No.599 of 2024 in Crime No.253 of 2024, D.V.C.No.11 of 2025 and M.C.No.10 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Sangareddy, to the Nampally unit, on the ground that there is a threat to the petitioner from the de- facto complainant in connection with the said cases. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in a similar matter, namely C.C.No.136 of 2023, wherein this Court had transferred the case from Sangareddy to the Nampally unit. Aggrieved thereby, the respondent No.2 herein approached the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court set aside the said transfer case and directed that the case be tried at Sangareddy Court.

In view of the above circumstances and having regard to the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the earlier matter between the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought in these petitions. Accordingly, these transfer petitions are disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate applications before the concerned Trial Court seeking permission to appear through video conference, if and when his presence is required by the learned Magistrate. It is also open to the petitioner to seek appropriate directions for prior intimation of hearing dates to ensure his effective participation in the proceedings.

5. With these observations, these Transfer Criminal petitions are disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
