Heard Mr. V.Jithender Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities for respondent No1.
2. The instant writ petition has been filed declaring the inaction of the 1st respondent in not taking action against the unauthorized constructions undertaken by the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in an extent of 1422.75 square yards situated at Bathkammakunta locality of Kamareddy Town, Nizamabad District, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to demolish the said unauthorized constructions.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel would contend that on receiving the complaint dated 07.10.2010 from the petitioner, the 1st respondent had already issued notices under Sections 228 (1)&(2) and 217 of A.P. Municipalities Act, 1965, to the unofficial respondent Nos.2 and 3 on 18.10.2010 calling upon their exp
