The present Memorandum of Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (for short ‘CPC’) assailing the order passed by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge Cum Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Bhongir in E.P.No.113 of 2010 in OS.No.411 of 2007, dated 25.09.2023.
