ORDER
The Contempt Case is filed seeking punishment to the respondents under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, for wilful and deliberate disobedience in implementing the order of pass such other order or orders.
2021, allowed the writ petition and had directed the respondents to pay the difference of the Revised Pay Scales to the petitioners within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, along with all other consequential benefits. Alleging non-compliance of the said order, the present Contempt Case has been filed.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the contemnors submitted that the payment has been made to the petitioners and the order of this Court has been complied with.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners confirmed the said submission.
5. In view thereof, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
