ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of

Constitution of India for the following relief/s:-

‘‘… to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one

in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action

of the respondent No.5 in interfering into the civil disputes

and threatening the petitioner to hand over the land of the

petitioner to an extent of Ac.2.09 gts in Sy.No.213/2-2

situated at Mulkacherla Revenue Village Sivar,

Adavidevulapalli Mandal, Nalgonda District to the

respondent No.6 to 9 and also threatening the petitioner

that not to enter into the land of the petitioner by

colluding them is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional

and violation of Principles of Natural Justice and also in

violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 and 300-A of

constitution of India and consequently direct the

respondent No.5 not to interfere into the civil disputes and

not to threaten the petitioner to hand over the land of the

petitioner to an extent of Ac.2.09 gts in Sy.No.213/2-2

situated at Mulkacherla Revenue Village Sivar,

Adavidevulapalli Mandal, Nalgonda District and pass such

other order or orders …”

2. Heard Mr.Dinesh Reddy, learned counsel representing

Mr.Rapolu Bhasker, learned counsel for the petitioner and

Mr.M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for

Home representing learned Government Pleader for Home

appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. Perused the record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned

counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent

No.5, not to interfere with the inter se civil disputes between

the petitioner and unofficial respondent Nos.6 to 9 and to

pass appropriate orders.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home

submits that Crime No.56 of 2020 registered against

unofficial respondent Nos.6 to 9 for the offences punishable

under Sections.447, 324, 504 r/w Section 34 of I.P.C. is

under investigation and that respondent No.5 is not

interfering with the inter se private disputes between the

parties. Stating so, he seeks to pass appropriate orders.

5. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant

Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed

of directing respondent No.5 not to interfere with the inter se

private disputes between the petitioner and unofficial

respondent Nos.6 to 8, without following the procedure

prescribed under law. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand

closed.
