This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the highhanded action of the respondents in preventing the petitioner from erecting the forcibly taking away the same as bad, arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the installation of the statue of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar at Panjagutta X Roads, Hyderabad, in the interest of justice and pass such other and further order or orders…”
