COMMON ORDER
W.P.No.24688 of 2025 is filed seeking the following relief:-
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents Nos.2 to 4 in interfering into petitioner’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of her property to an extent of 1320 Square Yards in Sy.Nos. 73/Ru/1/2/2, 73/Ru/2/2, 73/Ru/1/2/1/2, 73/Ru/2/1/2, 73/Ru/1/2/1/1/2, 73/Ru/2/1/2, 73/Ru/1/2/1/1/1 and 73/Ru/2/1/1/1 situated at Mankhal Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural Justice and in violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India consequently, direct the respondents Nos.2 to 4 not to interfere into petitioner’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of her property to an extent of 1320 Square Yards in Sy.Nos. 73/Ru/1/2/2, 73/Ru/2/2, 73/Ru/1/2/1/2, 73/Ru/2/1/2, 73/Ru/1/2/1/1/2, 73/Ru/2/1/2, 73/Ru/1/2/1/1/1 and 73/Ru/2/1/1/1 situated at Mankhal Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due process of law and to pass…”
2. W.P.No.26245 of 2025 is filed seeking the following relief:-
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents Nos.2 to 4 in interfering into petitioner’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of her property to an extent of 743 Square Yards in Sy.Nos. 73/Ru/1/2/2, 73/Ru/2/2, 73/Ru/1/2/1/2, 73/Ru/2/1/2, 73/Ru/1/2/1/1/2, 73/Ru/2/1/2, 73/Ru/1/2/1/1/1 and 73/Ru/2/1/1/1 situated at Mankhal Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural Justice and in violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India consequently, direct the respondents Nos.2 to 4 not to interfere into petitioner’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of her property to an extent of 743 Square Yards in Sy.Nos. 73/Ru/1/2/2, 73/Ru/2/2, 73/Ru/1/2/1/2, 73/Ru/2/1/2, 73/Ru/1/2/1/1/2, 73/Ru/2/1/2, 73/Ru/1/2/1/1/1 and 73/Ru/2/1/1/1 situated at Mankhal Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due process of law and to pass…”
3. W.P.No.25513 of 2025 is filed seeking the following relief:-
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property to an extent of 1694 sq yards i.e., Sy.No. 73/RU/1/1/1/1/1 admeasuring 726 square yards; 242 squqare yards in Sy.No.73/RU/1/1/1/1/2; 484 square yards in Sy.No. 73/RU/1/1/1/2 and 242 square yards in Sy.No.73/RU/1/1/2, situated at Mankhal Revenue Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India consequently, direct respondent Nos. 2 to 4 not to interfere into my peaceful possession and enjoyment of my property to an extent of 1694 sq yards i.e., Sy.No. 73/RU/1/1/1/1/1 admeasuring 726 square yards; 242 squqare yards in Sy.No.73/RU/1/1/1/1/2; 484 square yards in Sy.No. 73/RU/1/1/1/2 and 242 square yards in Sy.No.73/RU/1/1/2, situated at Mankhal Revenue Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District , without following due process of law and to pass…”
