This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.771 of 2023 pending on the file of the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Khammam, Khammam District, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short ‘IPC’).
