JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya)

1. This is the third consecutive adjournment prayed for on behalf of the appellant.

2. It is hence, evident from the Proceeding Sheets that the appellant is not interested in proceeding with the matter.

3. In any event, the reason for seeking adjournment of four weeks is that Counsel has filed a fresh Vakalatnama today. However, the Cause List continues to reflect the name of the erstwhile Counsel.

4. CMA No.365 of 2025, along with all connected applications, is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
