Heard Mr. Mohammad Nabeel Ali, learned counsel representing Mr. Mohammad Muzaffer Ullah Khan, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. This appeal is filed by the appellant under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, challenging the order dated 04.08.2014 in O.P.No.238 of 2011 passed by the learned Additional Family Court Judge, Hyderabad.

3. Respondent has filed an application under Sections 10 and 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act read with Section 7 of the Family Courts Act, to declare that he is the custodian of the minor child i.e., Mohd. Zaid, aged about 3 ½ years and to restrain the appellant herein, her agents from interfering with the custody of the respondent. Vide order dated 04.08.2014, the learned Family Court allowed the said appeal in-part. Feeling aggrieved by the said order, appellant herein preferred the present appeal.

4. During the course of hearing, Mr. Mohammad Nabeel Ali, learned counsel representing Mr. Mohammad Muzaffer Ullah Khan, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the minor boy became major and now he is aged about 19 years.

5. In the light of the same, nothing remains in the present appeal to adjudicate further and cause in the present appeal has become infructuous. Therefore, this Family Court Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
