ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:
“…Issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the official respondents for non-impounding / revoking the 6th respondents passport bearing No. F 5291734 as is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India besides in violation of Passport Act and Rules there under, Consequently direct the official respondents to suspend the passport of the sixth respondent by considering the representations made by the petitioner and pass.......”
2. Heard Mr.M.A.K.Mukheed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.
1 to 5.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action in the present writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and, therefore, seeks dismissal of the writ petition as infructuous.
4. Recording the submissions of both learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
