This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:- “…to issue a Writ order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the officials respondents in not taking any action against Respondents 4 and 5 as illegal, arbitrary and opposed to the provisions of the Art 16, 19, 21 and 300(A) of the constitution of India and handed over the society activities to the petitioner and his society members to run the society smoothly.….”
