This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.139 of 2024 filed by the respondent- husband before the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy District, to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Bhadradri-

Kothagudem District.

3. The petitioner-wife and the respondent-husband were married on 17.12.2021 at Bhadradri Kothagudem, as per Hindu rites and customs.

Thereafter, due to physical and mental harassment, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondent in Kothagudem I Town P.S vide Crime No.55 of 2023 under Section 498-A of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
