Heard Sri Brahmadandi Ramesh, learned Senior Counsel representing learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondents and perused the material available on record.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.2 in issuing impugned proceedings vide Proc.No.Vig II(5)/791/2025 dated 14.02.2025, placing the petitioner under suspension and continuing the suspension without revoking it, as illegal and arbitrary.
