The case of Petitioner is that it is a body corporate constituted under the provisions of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, having its Head Office at 10, BTM Sarani, Kolkata, and inter alia a Zonal Office at Road No.10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad 500 034, with an Asset Management Branch falling under the said Zonal Office. It is stated, M/s Jupiter Bio Sciences Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), incorporated on 21.12.1985, having its registered office at 24, Kolhar, IDA Bidar, Karnataka-585401 and corporate office at 10-2-71, 10-2-72/1, Road No.3, West Maredpally, Secunderabad 500 026, maintained its account with Petitioner Bank at its Kukatpally Branch.

1.1. Petitioner states that the Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company on 21.02.1985 and was converted into a public limited company
