Heard Sri K. Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner in these revisions and Sri P.Raghavendra Rao, learned counsel appearing for 2^nd respondent in CRP No.169 of 2026. Despite service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of respondents in CRP Nos.142 and 147 of 2026 and for respondent Nos.1, 3 to 6 in CRP No.169 of

2026.

2. These revisions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the common order dated 13.10.2025 passed in Tr.O.P.Nos.26, 27 and 28 of 2023 by learned Principal District and Sessions Judge – cum – Family Court, Medchal-

Malkajgiri District, Malkajgiri at Kushaiguda.

3. Since the parties and lis involved in these revisions is one and the same, these revisions were heard together and are being disposed of by this COMMON ORDER:-

The petitioners in these revisions had filed the aforesaid transfer petitions under Section 24 of CPC, for transfer of the suits O.S.Nos.131 of 2021, 95 and 175 of 2019 pending on the file of learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Medchal, to the Court of learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge – cum – II Metropolitan Sessions Judge – cum – II Additional Family Court, at Medchal, to be tried along with O.S.No.224 of 2019 and dispose of, in accordance with law.

The common contentions of the petitioners in these transfer petitions are that the petitioners herein have filed O.S.No.131 of 2021 for perpetual injunction and to declare the documents bearing Nos.6361 of 2018, 7168 of 2018, 71 of 2019, 420 of 2019, 5488 of 2019, 4650 of 2021, 2845 of 2021 and 2486 of 2021 as null and void and not binding on them.

6. Respondent No.4 herein has filed suit in O.S.No.95 of 2019 against some of them / revision petitioners for perpetual injunction.

7. One of the petitioners herein in CRP No.142 of 2026 filed O.S.No.175 of 2019 against respondent No.4 herein for perpetual injunction. All three suits are pending.

One of the petitioners herein in CRP No.142 of 2026 filed suit O.S.No.224 of 2019 against some of the respondents herein for perpetual injunction and the said matter is pending on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge – cum – II Metropolitan Sessions Judge – cum – II Additional Family Court, at Medchal The schedule of properties involved in all the suits are one and the same and the documents relied upon by both the parties are one and the same and witnesses likely to be examined are also one and the same. He further contended that in order to avoid conflicting judgments, it is just and proper to transfer the aforesaid suits to the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge – cum – II Metropolitan Sessions Judge – cum – II Additional Family Court, at Medchal, to be tried along with O.S.No.224 of 2019.

9. Opposing the same, only respondent No.7 in Tr.O.P.No.26 of

2023 filed counter stating that it is not a party and neither concerned with other suits, more particularly with O.S.No.224 of 2019 except O.S.No.131 of 2021. It is concerned with all the open land Admeasuring 12000 sq. Yards equal to Ac.2.20 guntas forming part of Sy. No. 374/E undivided land admeasuring 9680 sq.yds equal to Ac.2.00 forming part of Sy.No.374/EE total admeasuring 21,780 sq.yds of Bomarasipet Village, Shamirpet Mandal by virtue of its purchase under registered sale deed bearing document No.2845 of 2021 dated 19.04.2021 through AGPA holder M/s.Sai Sandeep Infra Projects. The comprehensive suit filed in O.S.No.131 of 2021 cannot be tried along with suit in O.S.No.224 of 2019 which is a simplicitor suit for injunction against number of individuals and the suits are also filed for different reliefs against differe
