This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:-

“…to issue a direction or order more specifically a writ one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the Respondents 1 and 2 in not taking action upon the complaint dated 08-10-2013 of the petitioner against the illegal and unauthorized construction made by the 3rd and 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, unconstitutional and in violation to provisions of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and also direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take immediate action against the 3rd and 4th respondent on petitioner’s complaint dt. 08-10-2013 and demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction and pass…”
