writ petitioners in both the appeals.

2. The challenge in the present Writ Appeals is to the common order passed in WP.No.31375 of 2018 and WP.No.31629 of 2018, dated 28.12.2021. Hence, we dispose of these appeals by way of common order.

3. Today, when the matters are taken-up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents-Writ Petitioners contends that after the Writ Petitions stood disposed of, pending the writ Appeals before this Court, the respondents-Writ petitioners had participated in the subsequent recruitment process initiated and they have been found eligible and they have also got appointment which they have joined the service.

4. In view of the subsequent recruitment that the respondents- writ petitioners have got appointment in the subsequent selection, the writ petitioners did not intend to further pursue the present Writ Appeals or the common order passed in the writ petitions, which is under challenge in the present Writ Appeals.

5. Given the said submission of the learned counsel for the respondents-Writ Petitioners, we are of the considered opinion that nothing further case to be adjudicated upon by this Bench at this juncture.

6. Accordingly, we allow the present appeals, insofar as the common order passed by the Writ Court is concerned, leaving the question raised by the appellant open to be considered in an appropriate writ petition.

7. As a consequence, the Writ Appeals stand allowed. The common order passed in WP.Nos.31375 and 31629 of 2018, dated

28.12.2021 stands set aside. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
