ORDER

1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘Cr.P.C) seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in D.V.C.No.06 of 2022, on the file of the learned III Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum- XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Athvelli, registered for the offence punishable under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

A perusal of the e-Courts Case Details information furnished by the Registry pertaining to the subject D.V.C.No.06 of 2022 clearly discloses that the matter has been withdrawn on 19.06.2025 by virtue of settlement arrived at between the parties. Hence, the cause in the Criminal Petition seeking quash of the said DVC does not survive and the same has become infructuous.
