COMMON JUDGMENT

(per the Hon’ble Sri Justice K.LAKSHMAN)

In compliance with the order dated 17.02.2026, learned counsel for respondent No.5 has filed a Memo vide USR.NO.30190/2026 dated 10.03.2026 along with G-mail of respondent, wherein, she stated that she has read the Joint Memo of Compromise and agrees with the terms and conditions of the said compromise. The same is placed on record.

2. This Appeal is preferred challenging the order dated 17.04.2014, in O.P.No.1604 of 2010, passed by the learned Additional Family Court, Hyderabad.

3. Appellant has filed a petition under Section 7 of the Family Court Act to declare that she is the absolute owner of the suit schedule property and also to declare Gift Settlement Deed bearing document No.4741/2009, dated 27.10.2009 as illegal. Vide impugned order, the learned Family Court dismissed the said O.P.

4. During pendency of the said Appeal, respondent No.1 died and his legal heirs were brought on record.

5. During pendency of the present Appeal, both the appellant and respondents settled the matter, they have also entered into a Joint Memo of Compromise on 11.02.2026 on the specific terms and conditions mentioned thereon. They have filed an application vide I.A.No.1 of 2026 to record the compromise.

6. Sri S.A.Razak, learned counsel for the appellant, Sri Mirza Safiulla Nos.4 to 7, confirms the said fact.

7. In the light of the same, this application i.e., I.A.No.1 of 2026 is ordered.

8. This Appeal is disposed of in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise, dated 11.02.2026. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
