ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the Office Order No.P.III-I/2002-EC-II, dated 01.07.2002 and proceedings No.P.III.01/03-04-EC-II/45, dated 14.05.2003, issued by the respondents respectively.

2. Brief facts of the case are as follows :-

(a) The petitioner has joined as a Constable in the respondent organization. While so, a departmental enquiry was ordered against the petitioner during his stay at the Group Centre, C.R.P.F., Nagpur, on the allegation of non-accounting for certain items of gas agency for the period 1992-1994. In the meantime, the petitioner was transferred from Group Centre, C.R.P.F., Nagpur, to the 48 Battalion before the completion of three years of tenure, vide order dated 23.04.1994. Aggrieved by the said transfer, the petitioner made a representation before the D.I.G.P., Nagpur but it was not considered. On the other hand, a vacation notice
