This Writ Petition is filed challenging the Office Order No.P.III-I/2002-EC-II, dated 01.07.2002 and proceedings No.P.III.01/03-04-EC-II/45, dated 14.05.2003, issued by the respondents respectively.

2. Brief facts of the case are as follows :-

(a) The petitioner has joined as a Constable in the respondent organization. While so, a departmental enquiry was ordered against the petitioner during his stay at the Group Centre, C.R.P.F., Nagpur, on the allegation of non-accounting for certain items of gas agency for the period 1992-1994. In the meantime, the petitioner was transferred from Group Centre, C.R.P.F., Nagpur, to the 48 Battalion before the completion of three years of tenure, vide order dated 23.04.1994.
