Heard Mr. J. Venkat Sai, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent authorities are not considering his notice/representation dated 07.02.2026 and 13.02.2026 for disposing of his application for Appeal on Demarcation bearing No.AOD022500075289 dated 17.10.2025 in File No.H/2404/2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.32-30 guntas in Survey Nos.3/Ru, 4/AA, 4/AA(1,2,3), 4/E, 4/EE, 4/Ka, 5/A(2), 5/EE, 5/EE(2,3), 5/Ru situated at Nallavelly Thanda, Yacharam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same under various registered sale deeds. The petitioner submitted F-Line application bearing No.DER022501201628 dated 04.07.2025. In fact, the survey application was considered by the Mandal Surveyor in File No.MS/156/2025, however, the survey was not completed.

It is submitted that aggrieved by the same, the petitioner submitted F-Line application for Appeal on Demarcation bearing No.AOD022500075289 dated 17.10.2025 for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject land. Pursuant to the application dated 17.10.2025, respondent No.5 issued notice to the petitioner and adjoining land owners in File No.H/2404/2025 on 25.11.2025, 16.12.2025, 30.12.2025, 27.01.2026 by fixing the date of survey as

05.12.2025, 24.12.2025, 09.01.2026, 05.02.2026 respectively. However, survey was not conducted on the said dates and postponed for no bonafide reasons and delayed indefinitely. Further, the petitioner also submitted representation/notice dated 07.02.2026 and 13.02.2026 for disposing of his application for F-Line application for Appeal on Demarcation. As, respondent authorities are not processing his application, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action would be taken on F-Line application for Appeal on Demarcation of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.5 to consider the F-Line application for Appeal on demarcation of the petitioner bearing No.AOD022500075289 dated 17.10.2025 in File No.H/2404/2025 for conducting survey and fixing of boundaries in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.32-30 guntas in Survey Nos.3/Ru, 4/AA, 4/AA(1,2,3), 4/E, 4/EE, 4/Ka, 5/A(2), 5/EE, 5/EE(2,3), 5/Ru situated at Nallavelly Thanda, Yacharam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner, adjoining land owners, and all other concerned/interested persons, by affording them an opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
