2. Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent authorities are not considering his notice/representation dated 07.02.2026 and 13.02.2026 for disposing of his application for Appeal on Demarcation bearing No.AOD022500075289 dated 17.10.2025 in File No.H/2404/2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.32-30 guntas in Survey Nos.3/Ru, 4/AA, 4/AA(1,2,3), 4/E, 4/EE, 4/Ka, 5/A(2), 5/EE, 5/EE(2,3), 5/Ru situated at Nallavelly Thanda, Yacharam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same under various registered sale deeds.
