Aggrieved by the action of the 4^th respondent in refusing to register the Sale deed over the bearing possession of House bearing Municipal House No.2-64/1/28/2/1, PITN No.1209936364, having plinth area 450 Square feet (ACC), on Plot No.5, in Survey No.124/ ఇ ఈ admeasuring 622.22 Square yards or 520.17 Square meters, situated at Gopanpally Village, Serilingampally Mandal, the present writ petition is filed.
