This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in issuing proceeding Rc.No.369/2017/P&E/A3, dated 20-12-2017 to levy penalty and penal interest as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of Telangana Excise Act, 1968, read with Telangana Excise (Grant of License of Selling by Bar and Conditions of License)

Rules, 2005, unconstitutional, in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same and direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner’s business and pass..…”
