This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2181 of 2024 pending on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Trial of Cases under Telangana Prohibition and Excise Act-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge at Karimnagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 379, 290 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short ‘IPC’).

2. Heard Sri C. Hari Preeth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jithendar Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1.
