ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1515 of 2017 pending on the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, for the offences punishable under Section 120-B, 406, 420 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short ‘IPC’) and Section 156(3)

of The Code of Criminal Procedure (for short Cr.P.C.).

2. Heard Sri Vanaparthi Vaishali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jithendar Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1.

3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned Magistrate without recording satisfaction and without assigning any reasons has taken cognizance and issued summons to the petitioner and the same is contrary t
