Heard Sri S. Surender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 3 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondent No.2. Perused the material available on record.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 in issuing Proceedings No.P3/77/2025, dated 24.07.2025, placing the petitioner under suspension and continuing the suspension without revoking it, as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has been under suspension on 24.07.2025 and despite the same, the respondents have not reviewed the suspension orders. The respondents are bound to review the suspension order after completion of every six (6) months as per G.O.Ms.No.86, General Administration (Service
