ORDER:

Heard Sri S. Surender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 3 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondent No.2. Perused the material available on record.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 in issuing Proceedings No.P3/77/2025, dated 24.07.2025, placing the petitioner under suspension and continuing the suspension without revoking it, as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has been under suspension on 24.07.2025 and despite the same, the respondents have not reviewed the suspension orders. The respondents are bound to review the suspension order after completion of every six (6) months as per G.O.Ms.No.86, General Administration (Services-C) Department, dated 08.03.1994. In view of the same, learned Counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to allow the Writ Petition by directing the respondent authorities to review the suspension order dated 24.07.2025 issued by the respondent No.3.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondent Nos1 and 3 submits that the respondent authorities will review the petitioner’s suspension order as per G.O.Ms.No.86, General Administration (Services-C) Department, dated 08.03.1994 and therefore, requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to vide review the suspension order of the petitioner Proceedings No.P3/77/2025, dated 24.07.2025 passed by the respondent No.3, as per G.O.Ms.No.86, General Administration (Services-C) Department, dated 08.03.1994, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
