ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.310 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manuguru, Bhadradri Kothagudem District.

2. Heard Mr.Rudra Venkat Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jithendar Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1.

3. With the consent of both the learned counsel, the criminal petition is disposed of at the admission stage on the ground that even according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter before the learned trial Court has not yet ripened for the trial. In view of the same, notice in respect of respondent No.2/defacto complainant is dispensed with.
