This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…To issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the appointment of 3^rd respondent as Special Public Prosecutor to conduct trail of the case in Crime No.63 of 2019 registered for the allege offences Under Section 302 and other offences of IPC r/w Section 3 of SCs and STs POA Act 2015 vide G O Rt No.1484 dated 18/12/2019 as being illegal, arbitrary, without any basis and contrary to provisions of Section 24 of Code of Criminal procedure and other Rules and Regulations connected therewith and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to set aside G O Rt No.1484, Home (Courts A) Department dated 18/12/2019 in the interest of justice and equity……….”
