ORDER

This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed seeking to transfer S.C.POCSO No.342 of 2021, pending on the file of the Fast Track Sessions Court for Expeditiouys Trial of Rape and Haca Bhavan, Child Friendly Court to any other Court in the twin cities of Hyderabad or Secunderabad.

2. Heard Sri Bura Srinivas, party in person for the petitioner and Sri M. Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent - State. Though notice served upon respondent No.1, none appeared on her behalf.

3. The petitioner submitted that a case in Crime No.342 of 2021 was registered against him for the offences punishable under Section 509 IPC and Section 11(i) read with Section 12 of the POCSO Act, and after completion of investigation, the charge sheet was filed and the same is now pending as S.C.POCSO No.342 of 2021 on the file of the Fast Track Sessions Court for Expeditious Trial of Rape and POCSO Cases, HAC Bhavan, Hyder
