This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.5 herein and other police personals in subjecting the petitioners and villagers to endless torture under the guise of investigation of death of villager namely Krishnaiah as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 of the Constitution of India. and further declare the action of respondent No.3 herein in not considering the complaint of the petitioners dated-23.05.2020 to register a case against the respondent No.5 herein and other police personals for custodial torture and illegal confinement and further declare the inaction of the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 herein to take disciplinary action for violating the law in respect of custodial interrogation and consequently direct the respondent No.1 and 4 herein to pay monetary compensation of rupees 5 Iakhs each to the victim of custodial torture in the
