This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.29 of 2026, of Nellikudur Police Station, Mahabubabad District, wherein the petitioner was arrayed as accused No.3, for the offences punishable under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 7 and 8 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (for short ‘EC’ Act).
