This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not taking action pursuant to the complaints made by the petitioner on 07.08.2025 and 02.12.2025. A consequential prayer is sought to direct respondent Nos.2 to 5 to act upon the aforesaid complaints by demolishing the illegal, unauthorized construction and encroachment by respondent No.6 in Door No.13-9-1/3/2/1, Plot No.15, Radha Krishna Nagar, Borabanda, Hyderabad (hereinafter referred as "subject property").

2. The petitioner submits that the respondent No.6 is the owner of the subject property. The respondent No.6 is constructing building (Ground + 3 Upper Floors) without leaving any setbacks, without following the norms and rules of GHMC and without obtaining valid permission on the subject property.
