This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 20.02.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5183 of

2. This Court vide order dated 20.02.2025 disposed of W.P.No.5183 of 2025, with the following directions:

“6. In view of the above submissions, this Court, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to submit an application by duly enclosing all the necessary documents as required under Section 6 of the Act, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for granting succession certificate and for consequential mutation of her name in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar passbook.
