ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short ‘Cr.P.C,1973) seeking quashment of the charge sheet in C.C.No.301 of 2022 pending on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Utnoor, Adilabad District.

2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.2 to 5 in C.C.No.301 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-

State.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 13.11.2025 and the cause does not survive.

5. As the matter is settled before the Lok Adalat, the cause does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
