The case of petitioners is that Petitioner No. 1 has been maintaining a Cash Credit Account No. 25210500000043 with Respondent No. 2 bank for the last ten years, with a limit of Rs. 20.96 crores, and in addition thereto, they had also availed a Bank Guarantee facility from Respondent No. 2 for an amount of Rs. 8 crores. The said Cash Credit Account has been periodically reviewed and renewed in accordance with the RBI guidelines and the existing credit facilities were extended up to 28.04.2025 vide sanction letter dated 15.05.2024. The said CC Account maintained with Respondent No. 2 Bank is utilised by Petitioner No. 1 for the purpose of meeting out its regular business expenses, as such, the same is essential and vital for the continued functioning of Petitioners’ business.
