2. This writ appeal, preferred under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, assails the order dated 27.11.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.2725 of 2025. By the said order, the learned Single Judge disposed of the writ petition filed by the appellants herein, who had sought a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4, to issue Pattadar passbooks in their favour and restraining respondent Nos.2 to 5 from dispossessing them from an extent of Ac.2-21 Gts. in Sy.No.65 of Chinnadharpally Vi
