ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner for the un-registered Crime.

2. Heard Sri D. Pochaiah, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent -State.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is going to implicate in a Criminal Case to harass her. He further submitted that there is a threat by the Police to the petitioner as the Police, Nagole Police Station are asking the petitioner to come to Police Station for settlement in a civil dispute. He prayed the Court to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner by allowing this criminal petition.

4. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed written instructions dated 16.02.2026 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nagole Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate stating that there is no complaint given against the petitioner herein in Nagole Police Station nor any case is registered against her. The said written instructions are taken on record.

5. Recording the said written instructions, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
